your personal data and specifies your rights in connection with their processing. The Administrator of
your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is URGO Sp. z

personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
conclusion and performance of a sales, delivery, or other contract - legal basis: necessity of
processing for the conclusion and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
keeping the Administrator's accounts - legal basis: necessity to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on
the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), resulting from generally applicable law, in particular: (i) the Act
of August 29, 1997, Tax Ordinance, (ii) the Act of September 29, 1994, Accounting Act, and (iii) the
Act of March 11, 2004, Goods and Services Tax Act;
customer assessments and classifications, as well as the quality of their work and statistical analysis -
legal basis: necessity for the realization of the Administrator's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
organization of work, document circulation, keeping records of correspondence, and contract
registry - legal basis: necessity for the realization of the Administrator's legitimate interest (Art.
6(1)(f) GDPR);
transfer of customer data and their employees to the Administrator's contractors - legal basis:
necessity to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), resulting
from generally applicable law, and the necessity of their processing to fulfill the Administrator's
legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
distribution of business materials - legal basis: the Administrator's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)
GDPR);
enabling communication and marketing activities, including sending messages informing about URGO
products - legal basis: the Administrator's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
enabling communication and marketing activities, including sending commercial or marketing
information - legal basis: consent of the person to whom the data relates (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
To achieve the above purposes, URGO will process the following types of your personal data:
(contact details) name and surname, postal address and email address, phone number;
tax identification number, bank account number, delivery address, ID card number or passport or
other identity document.
Providing your personal data is voluntary, but not providing them makes it impossible to conclude a
contract, maintain and develop business contacts with URGO. Your personal data may be disclosed to
third parties who provide services to URGO (e.g., accounting services, legal services, IT services,
marketing agencies), customers and contractors of the Administrator in the scope of business data,
as well as persons authorized by the Administrator, employees and associates who must have access
to personal data to perform their duties. Service providers may operate in countries that do not
provide the same level of data protection as exists in your country of residence, but URGO will take
all necessary actions to ensure that the level of protection is maintained in accordance with
applicable law and data protection standards. Your personal data will be processed until the end of
cooperation, the expiration of claims or the submission of objections to the processing of your
personal data or until the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data. Your personal
data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Your personal data will not be
subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. You have the right to request access to
your data, correction, deletion, the right to request the cessation of data processing, the right to
object to data processing - with the right to object not being able to be exercised if there are valid
legal grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular the
establishment, investigation, or defense of claims, the right to request limitation of data processing,
and the right to transfer data to another administrator. In case of consent to the communication
channel (phone/email) for receiving commercial content, you also have the right to withdraw your
consent by contacting URGO at iodo@pl.urgo.com or contacting the sales representative.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing personal data carried out before
the withdrawal of consent. You can exercise the above rights by contacting URGO by sending an
